I was going to complete my midfield this week with boyd, getting rid of Adams and Cameron, and bringing in Murdoch into the Fwds. Goodes quick return to form has got me thinking otherwise. Get to keep my dpp if I bring Goodes into the mids for a while and maybe upgrade Clancee and Neale later for a mid later.

Mids- Pendles, GAJ, Jellwood, Thompson, Priddis, Adams,( Gibson, Neale)

Fwds- Buddy, Pav, Sidey, Danger, Martin, Pearce, Zorko ( Smedts, Cameron)

8 trades left and $41,800 in the bank, so would give me extra cash as well. The only part of my team to upgrade then would be Giles, if need be. Going for league and sitting third.

Please vote, and or comment. Cheers! :)

Goodes into FWDS, not many other good/cheap options. Look for other mid upgrade, ie Boyd, Swan

When will the Saints come marching in?

I reckon there is still some value in keeping that Fwd / Mid link.  Maybe:

Bring Goodes in this week as a mid , bring in a cheap fwd mid next week (mcIntyre comes to mind) and use them to move Goodes to the forward line while maintaining the link, then get Boyd into your mids.  With 8 trades you've got some room to play!

You are in a good position with 8 trades left.

Definitely bring in Goodes this week into forwards.
Do you have a B/F to switch with Smedts at the moment.
You also need Boyd in Mids,

Work out your trades so that you can utilise Zorko as M7/F8 cover for finals if possible. having him as a swing bench could be gold in finals for you.

With 8 trades get them both.  Saying that Boyd normally tapers off in 2nd half of season.

I'm thinking Neale and Cameron for Goodes and Murdoch this week, then swing Goddes into the  Fwds and trade out Adams and Pearce for any mid I want ( Swan). This would leave my no cash for a Giles upgrade though, so maybe stick with Boyd?

With Murdoch now out, is it worth bringing in Couch or McIntyre instead. I know whichever way I go it will be risky. Who has the best JS out of the three? I suppose only the SC Gods know that one! :P
