Ok nothing overly complicated here but I'd like people's thoughts:
We all know that we get most our points from guns in the midfield.
However to win or do well this yr, is it worth sacrificing in the early rounds for possible glory later on?
So im saying load up the fwds n backs especially (where most of the low scores come from) & try to get as many cash cows in the midfield as possible eg S.Selwood, Swallow, NVB, Rich etc (blokes who by all rights should net us 100k+ price rise) then with the amount of midfielders going around, it by right should be easier to find upgrade players.
In the past its been rookies & guns, but is it time to start thinking outside the square & more impirtantly......
Can it work??????

I can see that strategy having merit but I also think there are a bunch of worthy value picks in the fwds/backs that need to be considered.
