Hi Bluebaggers

Looking for your thoughts on where Watson fits into the side this year and how many games you think he will get.

Thanks

He will play when someone is injured. I have White and Levi ahead of him (although Levi is out for some stupid reason). I think he and Jones will only play if Walker isn't fit or one of the other three key forwards get injured.

Watson always appears to get a game at the end of season, once we're playing for nothing and injuries have struck.
He was impressive against the Dees yesterday, but never seems to be able to maintain his form.
He obviously can play, despite it being against Melbourne, but for him to secure a spot, we just have to back him in, and continue to play him at the top level.

Watson is not going to get a contract extension. The only two things that might save him is our lack of KPP depth and if he is willing to go on the rookie list. 1 year deal is about the best he is going to get.
