We have 11 so either someone has to drop out or we find 1 more. I'm sure we can get 1 person by Sunday. Worst case I'll get one of the guys from my other league. I'm pretty busy until Sunday night anyway so that's when I would have been doing the draft order

He hasn't posted in the thread so I assume no. Is your bro still interested? Otherwise I can ask one of the guys from my league but it means I'll have to potentially push the draft an hour since they are in the USA.

I am also going to PM a few of you for emails so when I do the draft order you can confirm the order since you will receive an email. I only need 4 or so.

Thanks to those of you that got back to me with emails. If I didn't PM you I'm pretty sure I have it. I'll try and source one more and hopefully have that spot locked up. Once they're in the order will be generated.

I also just realized that I have scheduled the draft for the night of father's day. I was looking to push it a little later anyway if I was getting someone from the USA to join (it's like 6.30 am their time on a Sunday currently). Is there anyone that absolutely can't do a draft that night? Also what's the preferred time slot? I'm thinking 9.30 Vic time at the moment. I think we did 10.30 last year but that might be a pain for some.

I'm not a good person to ask for that. For me the later the better. I usually draft teams at 3am Australian time

I do a few of those late/early mock drafts when I have the morning off.

September 4 9:30pm is good for me.
Does anyone want to change the waivers system from inverse order which we had last season?

Yeah I do.
I hope everyone is on board with this. Having a Free Agent Aquisition Budget (FAAB) system really intrigues me. For those who don't know it's basically when you bid for free agents every week with a starting budget for the season of $100.

I find the budgets only really work in dollar league set ups because you use real cash in those scenarios. It makes you think twice before blowing a chunk of change on a player since it's real money.
The way I see it, reverse ladder order has some strategy behind it but I find it hurts teams that draft well but get a run of injuries. Use it and lose it prevents that from happening and it means you can't just waste your number one waiver on a 1 week starter knowing you're going to get a top 2 player again the following week.
I wanted to go with the use it and lose it option last year but I was outvoted which is fine. If the majority have changed their minds I'll flip it.

Surely everyone on here is more judicious than that
