Received an Email the other day saying my SC gold had been cancelled my son also received the same Email anyone else ? or anyone know what is going on ?

I got one as well,pretty peeved actually as you pay for it for a year which covers when they open it for subscribers but obviously they decided to change it.I also lost my live scores during the season as well through having Foxtel with no notice at all,one week I had them next week they were gone.

About time they enable a data download of your team history and trades and scores as well.

I'm pissed because if I look at all my other subscriptions they all say expired when the time is up this has been cancelled , I will be ringing them this week , when I joined up it was for a year not 6 months

So who did you ring?
I got an email back from them saying to ring a certain number which I did and the clowns are saying that they got a memo saying they were told to end all subscriptions at the end of the season and tried to send me back to the SC site to contact them which I'd already done

 1300 696 397 then menu is a nightmare I just punched the number for fox sports then all other inquiries , you have to be firm tell them you want to be put through to someone that can tell you why it has been cancelled because it was a 12 month subscription and not everyone has been cancelled I know people who have not got the email

PS have your ID number from cancellation email
