Did South Africa just challenge Kettleborough and get it wrong again?

Does Smith really have to come in here rather than let Maddo or Handscomb get another shot on debut (or Wade another chance to keep his spot)? What a prick tbh

South Africa again testing Richard. That was so clearly outside the line.

+1 South Africa again testing Richard. That was so clearly outside the line.
Think they were hoping it was deemed Renshaw wasn't playing a shot

Seriously these commentators need to give Renshaw a break. The bloke is clearly struggling/nervous/something which is causing him to play an miss and not time things perfectly or whatever. But you know what, HES STILL BATTING AND HASNT THROWN AWAY HIS WICKET. Hasn't tried to force himself to score runs to release pressure, just kept battling along and is playing like a true opener should

Andy Zaltzman @ZaltzCricket 1m1 minute ago STAT: Renshaw & Handscomb was only 2nd instance of 2 Test debutants together at crease for winning runs, after WG & Frank Penn, Oval1880 How cool is that stat!! Ftr that match was the 4th test match ever played.

Like this stat better PB
Stat Alert: Renshaw has faced more balls in this series than Voges, MMarsh and Burns combined.
