4th defender really should be Marchbank or Hampton, probaly spending to much money in defense
But if you had a no money objective in your team, i like Howe

I voted for Johanisson as I think he will score most.

However, at D4 you should really have someone at Marchbank in my opinion.

I don't like any of the options, If I was taking a 4th prem in def I would want it to be one of the top 10 defenders, not a midprice options. Other lines have much better value for money in MP
