Well that's got to be the worst "upswing" in form I've ever seen then...

He has put in some dominant performances in the WAFL recently. On the weekend he was especially good. But we really need to see it at AFL level next year because he's running out of time

He still has to convince me we can get some value from him, but didn't he take the most contested marks for the Dockers this year.Yes the Dockers, not Peel.
And I also thought he finished pretty high up in the league.

Highest average contested marks per game at AFL level (the whole league, not just for Freo).

OUT-OF-CONTRACT Fremantle tall forward Matt Taberner is still weighing up his future amid interest from rival clubs.

Good news, but it's time to step up Tabs.

I am undecided on Tabs.He certainly showed some big improvement late in the season with his marking. He also has a huge tank that allows him to cover loads of ground. From my perspective, all he needs to do is become more physical.
I guess that with no clubs showing any interest, then it would have been remiss of the club to just de-list him.Because make no mistake, had he gone into the draft he would have been snapped up.
But the coming season he does need to become more physical.
