Lockett is the first player from the AFL era to be inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame, joining a roll call of Australian football champions that includes Leigh Matthews, Kevin Bartlett, John Coleman, Ted Whitten and Bob Skilton. He is the 22nd footballer to be inducted.

And rightfully wearing the St.Kilda jumper in this inductee photo.

The best of all St.Kilda players I've ever seen. Broke my heart when he left us.
My best day at the footy was seeing him carve up Adelaide at Moorabin in R7 during the 1991 season. Plugger took 15 marks and kicked 12.6 with Winmar, Harvey, Burke and McAdam running amok in the middle. We won by 131 points.
Lockett deserves the honour. He is an absolute legend.

Needs to be called Bony rather than Tony now though.

Got to find out what Lockett is doing other than MotoX riding.    Lean as buggery.
