Bring on SC 2016

« on: April 24, 2018, 10:57:20 AM »

Now Hooker has been returned to his rightful place in the backline, is this good or bad for Hurley?
Will Hooker take more of the intercept role, with Hurley locking down more?
Or will Hooker take the best/second best fwd with Hartley, freeing Hurley up even more?

I reckon it will free up Hurley even more. I see Hooker taking on the 2nd best fwd and still take intercept marks but think Hurley will get more possessions. I’ll be looking to bring him in soon but the def rookies are scoring so well, he’ll have to wait till after the bye.

I'm taking the punt on Hurley being freed up more, so in he comes for Hibbo this evening :)

keep us posted Gig - definite upgrade target in the backs as the options seem very limited this year ...  :P    ;)

This was almost exactly the same for me, except I'd been switching between Hurley & Simpson before deciding on the 'safer' Hibberd.

Started with a backline of Laird Hurley and Savage and been reasonably happy although Savage disappointed this week.

I hope your right. If there’s ever a week I need a big score forem him, it’s this week. I need 385 between him and Dusty C.
