Double down for me I think, Naughton to Cummings and ? to Phillips.  Next week Clarke comes in for another downgrade. Setting myself up for a shopping spree during the byes.

I have over 400k in the bank this week, but not sure what to do with it.  Would love to get Macrae in, but that will leave me with next to nothing.

O'Meara to Phillips
Finlayson to Simpson

And boy does it feel good. Unfortunately due to some bad picks (Billings, Hibberd, Merrett, S.Jacobs) my team hasn't really progressed to being closer to completeness still 9 spots that I plan to upgrade, but the 13 premiums I have are 13 of the best I feel.

D: Laird, Lloyd, Simpson
M: Macrae, Titch, Treloar, Coniglio, Neale
R: Gawn
F: Gray, Heeney, McLean, Dev Smith

Then the other 9 on the field are Murray, Doe, Coff, Kelly, Brayshaw, Phillips, S.Jacobs, Billings, Ronke which either all have a fair bit of value tied up in them or will do so in a few weeks.

Banfield > Phillips
Finlayson > Macrae

Leaves me with a solid midfield but I really need to work on my defence over the next few weeks.

Laird, Simpson, Crisp, Murray, Doedee, Coffield
Macrae, Mitchell, Coniglio, Neale, Cripps, Martin, Merrett, Phillips
Gawn, Martin
Smith, Heeney, Billings, Christensen, Fritsch, Spargo

Anyone bringing in Rocky this week?

Risk vs reward
Risk:
 - He gets injured
 - He doesn't perform like he did last week, role reverts back to fwd pocket
 - He drops in price further because his BE is still high
 - You have to cover him next week

Reward:
 - Could score 130
 - Get him for $20k cheaper than everyone else

Not worth it

Well put :P You would think he would play in the middle now after last week, that's why the Power went after him

You would think, but coaches seem to love playing Rocky forward, even though he's a beast in the middle.

I honestly thought I was in the SC section when posting this. It's a bit more interesting in AF and I totally forgot about how he has fwd status in this game too.

And yes, I have no doubt that he will be pure midfield from now on. I'll probably turn Billings to him in Rd 11.

Banfield to Phillips is locked.
Naughton is the other one who has to go but only have 538k to spend. Don’t really like the defenders at that price so may double down to Cumming instead?

Banfield to Phillips for myself as well.
Had planned to upgrade in the backline, but Crouch out has thrown a spanner in the works. Think I'll take the opportunity to go Crouch to Macrae and get another captain option to work with.
Unfortunately, that means holding onto both Finlayson and Doedee for another week - go large, please...

I've done this (English to Clarke) and then moved JOM to Macrae :)
