Thanks mate for starting this forum. Was gonna start it myself but you already had it up! I like your team btw, but Gayle won't be playing the first match so I won't be starting him. I am going Pollard over him as i feel you need one of the two and using Hopes to cover him first round.

Ok guys. Back online after the Warrnambool Telstra fire so my info will be delayed for 4-5 days. Sorry!!! But Windies will miss first game and then will be all clear to play. Team info is basically common sense- look at the schedule for international games and then check the squads, if they have signed a contract they should play. Also, contracts are interesting to look for, like Steyn has signed a 1 game contract so be careful with those.

While you guys are waiting for a write up (Please note: My Internet is only on 3G and with the demand for it it is only available 1 hour or so a day, it sucks!!) I have found some great info. Could be very helpful. Thanks to Too Serious for most of this.

Some pretty important information bout the fixture, that certainly makes it interesting. In summary:

Round 2
BYE – Sydney Sixers
2 matches – Melbourne Stars

Round 3
BYE – Melbourne Stars
2 matches – Perth Scorchers

Round 4
BYE – Perth Scorchers
2 matches – Sydney Sixers

So don’t start with any Sixers players (except maybe Haddin) – they won’t go up in price until a round after all the other players, and you can get them in R4 for a double game week straight away. Saying that, you probably want 1 player from each of those teams to captain during the double game weeks

International schedule

AUSTRALIA:

ODI series vs Sri Lanka (11 Jan – )

SRI LANKA:

Gayle is a must
Dan harris is underpriced and will open batting at renegades
Klinger has been in good forn in odi lately and should open batting at strikers

Lock those 3 in but who do i go with for the other batting spot?

Botha ave well last year but reckon he wont do as well this year so instead ive gone Hussey and the underated Pollard. Pollard could ave 100 haha

Haddin is underpriced and should open batting at sixers. Ive gone triffit as back up over nevil just because trifit is a more attacking batsmen

Lock in doherty and krejza the spin duo and have put pitland in atm coz he is on fire

But who else do i get i need 1 bowler and 1 batter
