Updated following Round 16
Badgers holding the advantage in the Crown Award but can the Breakers or the Werewolves make up the deficit this week. Dayne Beams has lept into second place in the Guiness Award but hard to see GAJ being beaten here. Would be a close competition if the master was not in it.
Will some come up and knock the Hedgehogs and Ryan Griffen out of the top individual scores this week.
Finally who will win the Robin Hood Goalkicking award. Will be decided this week with equal leaders going into the last round.

For the goal kicking award, wouldnt it be better to be given to the top scoring forward rather then the actual afl goal kicker?

Thanks for the suggestion JB and I will take on board for next year as awards were set earlier in the season and hard to change now. Like the rationale here. What are you thinking as the measure - Highest Total score for a forward or Highest Average for a forward as per this hypothetical Eg Roughead scores 1800 points at an average 100 from 18 games Buddy scores scores 1650 points at an average of 110 from 15 games who would you give the award to.

Total Score, to mimic a goal kicking award.
Eg Roughs 88 goals in 22 games beats Buddys 85 goals in 20 games.

You are correct KB - Just one of the anomolies you can win very big but a couple of close losses can cost you big time. 2 point loss to Badgers in Round 3, and a couple of other losses by under 10 points hurt you as well. Badgers finished 4th but first on Total points as another example.
