Kane Cornes has since returned to his seat, much to the pleasure of most of the crowd, who seem to be quoting him from earlier in the night, telling him to "look at the leaderboard"

For Teams not involved in Finals we played for the Patrons Plate.

Patrons Plate Trophy Knock out competition for teams not making final eight,

Winner - Crosby Cruisers

If the coach of the Cruisers is in the House can he come forward to accept the Plate from our Patron Prince Harry. Prince Harry has agreed to be Patron for the British competition.

The Cruisers score for the Plate Final would have won the Grand final so they are left lamenting what might have been.

As the Cruisers coach appears to be temporarily absent we will move on with the MVP count.

Cornes is up on his feet again applauding when his name was caleld out for 3 more votes. He's turned to Ablett and given him a wink. ;)

And he just gives a little nod to Ablett after his Rd 11 votes, trying to put some fear into his mind. Ablett is really not interested.

Cornes has turned his attention off Ablett, and is now looking over at Dane Swan's table, who has gone missing lately.

Drew Petrie seems to have fallen asleep, at the realisation that he won't be receiving votes.

Some more awards.

This is probably the one least wanted but we present The Dungeon Award to the Team finishing Last.

Dungeon Award (Last Place at conclusion of Home and Away Season)

Final Positions
15. Grope Lane Giants
16. Manchester Magic
17. Swindon Swaggers
18. Liverpool Lobsters

Winner Liverpool Lobsters

The Lobsters have had a difficult season but coaches have said they will not win this award next year.

Unfortunate to get this award but with some good trading and development of youth, watch out. We WILL improve!

Tom Boyd is just a bonus ;)
