With Hallahan not named have gone a week early and gone Hallahan to O'Brien.

Not sure whether to use second trade as Tyson and Fas still can make cash this week.

Team for Round 12 after first trade is:
DEF: J. McVeigh, J Bartel, S. Hurn, K. Simpson,  S Burgoyne, M. Suckling. ( T Cutler, J Bews)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, T. Rockliff, R. Sloane, D. Beams,  S. Pendlebury, B Ebert, J Selwood, D Tyson. ( W Hartung,  Z O'Brien)
RUC: D. Cox, A. Sandilands (T. Derickx, F. Thurlow)
FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, L. Parker, D. Zorko, S. Higgins,  A Fasolo, (C. Shenton, C Cameron)

Cash $284k
Could go Cameron to Buddy (leaving Fas as emergency) or Tyson to Barlow, Watson or JPK.  to complete relative lines but also may just hold.

Round 12 results:

Round 12 Score 2189 Round 12 Weekly ranking 45649 Overall Ranking 998

Rankings History
Round 1 Score 2231 Overall Ranking 13274
Round 2 Score 1917 Overall Ranking 56337
Round 3 Score 2250  Overall Ranking 39897
Round 4 Score 2198 Overall Ranking 22063
Round 5 Score 2292 Overall Ranking 13559
Round 6 Score 2172 Overall Ranking 11462
Round 7 Score 2366 Overall Ranking 5602
Round 8 Score 1865 Overall Ranking 1423
Round 9 Score 1902 Overall Ranking 2491
Round 10 Score 1985 Overall Ranking 1030
Round 11 Score 2444 Overall Ranking 675

Only did the one trade Hallahan to O'brien and that may come back to bite me with Hawks injuries. Famous last words on Tyson and Fasolo as well.

Like most had a shocking round with 10 players scoring less than 80 including Fasolos 23 and Tysons 37

Thinking this week Tyson > SJ or Jack
Higgins > Gray or Boomer (Maybe Fasolo depending on cash)  or Hartung to Stefan Martin via Shenton

However really need to nail these trades especially with only 9 left prior to this week.

Current Team:

DEF: J. McVeigh, J Bartel, S. Hurn, K. Simpson,  S Burgoyne, M. Suckling. ( T Cutler, J Bews)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, T. Rockliff, R. Sloane, D. Beams,  S. Pendlebury, B Ebert, J Selwood, D Tyson. ( W Hartung,  Z O'Brien)
RUC: D. Cox, A. Sandilands (T. Derickx, F. Thurlow)
FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, L. Parker, D. Zorko, S. Higgins,  A Fasolo, (C. Shenton, C Cameron)

With the carnage this week what do I do.
Def: No Cutler, No Bews = No bench cover
Mids: Tyson needs to go Hartung out for 4 weeks
Rucks: Cox out is Derrckx good enough cover this week or should I trade Cox.
Fwds: Cameron not named and have to deal with Higgins and Fasolo
Next Problem only 9 trades left but with $285k

Option 1.
No trade and run the risk.

Option 2.
Hartung to Stef Martin via Shenton
Bews to Docherty
Docherty still has low B/e and will rise in value next week.  D6 will be Suckling or Docherty
Bit risky but sound

Option 3.
Tyson to SJ
Bews to a solid 200/300k defender - Delaney, Carlisle, Frost, Sam Day or similar.

Option 4.
Cox to Goldy/Nat
Tyson to SJ
SJ has a high B/e so may fall this week as well.
Cox being rested.

Will probably change my mind 100 times though.

Only one trade Fasolo to Gray

Not sure on trades this week but thinking this, but waiting for teams and may change

Derrickx to Archie Smith
Hartung to Martin vis Shenton

Leaving team as
DEF: J. McVeigh, J Bartel, S. Hurn, K. Simpson,  S Burgoyne, M. Suckling. ( T Cutler, J Bews)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, T. Rockliff, R. Sloane, D. Beams,  S. Pendlebury, B Ebert, J Selwood, D Tyson. ( C Shenton,  Z O'Brien)

FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, L. Parker, R. Gray, D. Zorko, S. Martin (S Higgins, C Cameron)

Leaving 6 trades and $194k to upgrade Tyson and Higgins to complete Team although Martin is possibly a sound F6 with Higgins on bench atm.

Also need to get a sound D7.

That is a massive weekly score Ringo!!! :o

;)

So just Suckers, Tyson, and Higgins need to be upgraded then, but only 6 trades left :-\
Do you think you'll keep Suckers as D6?

Fat fingers strikes again  ;D ;DMiles

Relying on no injuries fr a while now.

Suckers is still scoring well enough and Martin will probably occupy F6 over Higgins. (Martin scored 112 v Minson and 102 v Mumford so why not),  Also with Brownie in doubt and martin going so well Brisbane may play both Berger and Martin together.

Tyson may be upgraded next week

After changing mind 100 teams this week have settled on these trades and hopefully will sit unless injury intervenes

Higgins to Stef Martin
Dyson to Fyfe

Leaves me 112k and 5 trades

Team being:
DEF: J. McVeigh, J Bartel, S. Hurn, K. Simpson,  S Burgoyne, M. Suckling. ( T Cutler, J Bews)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, T. Rockliff, R. Sloane, D. Beams,  S. Pendlebury, B Ebert, J Selwood, N Fyfe. (B Hartung, Z O'Brien)
RUC: T Derickx, A. Sandilands (D Cox, F. Thurlow)
FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, L. Parker, R. Gray, D. Zorko, S. Martin (C Shenton, C Cameron)

Hoping Suckling is a virtyal straight swap to Mitchell when Mitchell bottoms out

Like it ringo. All very good. For your sake I hope Martin kills it but I am not that confident that he will. Will be a great pick if he continues form tho. Suckers is solid enough for a D6 IMO. Well done and good luck

Ok had a shocking week compared to most and fell outside the Top 1k.

Sitting in the top 8 in the 2 leagues that I am really interested in so may keep the powder dry and not trade unless Team announcements through up something.

Team as it is:
DEF: J. McVeigh, J Bartel, S. Hurn, K. Simpson,  S Burgoyne, M. Suckling (T Cutler, J Bews)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, T. Rockliff, R. Sloane, D. Beams,  S. Pendlebury, B Ebert, J Selwood, N Fyfe (B Hartung, Z O'Brien)
RUC: D Cox, A. Sandilands (T Derickx,  F. Thurlow)
FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, L. Parker, R. Gray, D. Zorko, S. Martin (C Shenton, C Cameron)

$112k and 6 trades,

Believe Cameron is due back this week. If Brisbane Drop O'Brien may go Hartung to Kersten via Shenton.

Lots of high scores out there and surprised went back a little with my score.

Trades for Round 14 were
Derickx to Archie Smith
Hartung to Wingard returning Shenton to mid bench.

Leaves me with 4 trades and $74k

The only real bad decision for the week was playing Wingard over Stef Martin and cost me 91 points.  Trust I do not regret the Wingard trade.

Probably sit this week and wait to use trades if necessary,

Suffered with using Shenton as cover for Rockliff but was not alone here.

Team as it stands going into Round 18:

Team as it is:
DEF: J. McVeigh, J Bartel, S. Hurn, K. Simpson,  S Burgoyne, M. Suckling (T Cutler, J Bews)
MID: J P Kennedy, T. Rockliff, R. Sloane, D. Beams,  S. Pendlebury, B Ebert, J Selwood, N Fyfe (C Shenton, Z O'Brien)
RUC: D Cox, A. Sandilands (A Smith, F. Thurlow)
FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, L. Parker, R. Gray, D. Zorko, C. Wingard (S. Martin, C Cameron)
Only 3 trades and $154k

Defence bench the only real issue but with only 3 trades not worth a trade unless I have to to avoid a donut.
